Some where around this time hotch recives VERY expensive scotch from gideon, who he and the team hasnt seen in years. he pours it down the drain, and throws away the bottle. emily finds the empty bottle and becomes very upset, and confronts aaron, only to hear the full story. Some time in te story Sean, hotchners brother shows up and bring some wine. This forces Aaron to tell his brother about being an ex-alcoholic. Another time in the story he is invited to a formal FBI thingy by Strauss. He must decline the offer of champagne, and says he can't drink with the medication he is on. And that's all I remember.

I've been looking through some tags already but didn't quite find what I had in mind.....also my mind has gone somewhat astray:
Are there any fics in which 'the girls' or one of them is being mean towards Reid or sort of dominant/possessive? It can be in a relationship setting but it does not necessarily have to be one.
I've read some stories in which Morgan/Hotch/someone else lost their temper because for some reason they couldn't put up with Reid anymore. If you can think of a story in which one of the girls 'loses it' please reply :)
P.S.: I don't mind dub-con / non-con.

Hotch's ear problems
Hotch was not well in the episode 'Angel Maker'. He still had ear problems. Are there any fics where Hotch is reprimanded for going into the field or flying in the plane, even though he was not well?
He could have hurt his ears more badly. Or led to someone being hurt by getting distracted, from the pain or from not hearing something. Are there any fics where something did go wrong?

Help please
This is another story I need help finding. It was a Christmas story, and the team was stuck wherever it was that they were hunting the unsub because of the snow. Some woman went into labor and needed a doctor, and someone volunteered Reid, because he is a doctor. He was very mortified at the end, but they named their baby after him. But now that I think about it, maybe it wasn't a Christmas story. I'm not sure. If anyone knows which fic this is, I'd really appreciate it. :)

Hello! I was wondering if anyone could help me find a fic I've been looking for. It's called The Freedom Of A New Experience and it was by author ilovetvalot. I know it used to be on ff.net but was taken down and the author had started to post on other sites but only got a few chapters in. Specific Fic!
Hey all, this is my first time posting here so I hope I'm doing it right!
I'm looking for a specific fic that I read a while ago but was stupid enough not to bookmark it or anything of the life.
The team is working a local case where the unsub, later found out to be working with his father, is killing men with mothers who have I think was a mental illness, when he dumps the bodies they're covered with a blanket but later on, the unsub attacks Reid who is found by two children but he's still alive when Morgan and Hotch find him.
Hopefully this helps and thank you in advance! I'm also open to recommendations on Reid!Centric stories with a lot of hurt/comfort, just nothing where he gets schizophrenia. Thanks again!

Once again I need your magic. I absolutely loved the storyline about Maeve and Reid and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one. Is there a LJ community, a website, an archive or a rec list dedicated to the Reid/Maeve pairing ? I know there are a few fics here and there but I was wondering if there was a place just for those.
If there is not such a place, please could you send me links to all the Reid/Maeve stories ? I don't care about the length, rating or warning : anything goes.
And secondly, I love the Morgan/Reid pairing. My usual sources for stories about this pairing are morganreid-cm and cm-slash on LJ but recently there seems to be less and less new stories there.
Is there another place where I should look beside those two ? Or maybe there are less stories about them simply because of Reid's relationship with Maeve in the story ? That would seem logical.
Anyway, if anyone can help me, that would be awesome.

So I have a really broad, general request. I'm looking for really really well written fics with awesome characterization. Some examples of fics that are (in my opinion) top notch in both those areas are Landlocked Blues by coffeecocktails and Upward Over the Mountain by coffeecocktails. Oddly enough these both have Rossi...he is not a requirement, though! I do prefer fics about Reid, however. I'd prefer things that don't get too AU (mpreg, for example). Reid whump/angst equals extra bonus points (though I think I've read all of them!), but is not a necessity by any means. Pairings can be almost anything really or not there at all, het, gen, slash, I'm not picky. No specifics on rating or length, although I prefer something that can be read within a half hourish (I won't discount any really long or really short recommendations anyone has, though!) I realize that quality of writing and characterization is totally subjective, and I really appreciate anything you guys have to offer!

Hotch, Spencer and Jack
Hi all! I'm looking for a fic where Hotch and Reid come home with Jack (i can't remember if they are in a relationship or not) and they find Haley with another guy. Hotch and Haley argue in the living room while Hotch orders Reid to go to Jack's room and help him pack his stuff. I remember that Spencer turned up the music really loud so Jack wouldn't hear his parents argue and Haley gets mad at that, saying at Spencer is clearly irresponsible since he turned up the music loud and what kind of example he was setting for Jack.
