Specific Reid Fanfiction.

Um, hello, this is my first time posting, and so I do apologize if I'm doing this wrong.
I'm looking for a specific fic that I read a while ago and it was amazing.
I remember that Reid was telling Hotch, "I don't connect myself to every drug addict...." and Reid saying, "Everyone deserves to be looked for. Espically addicts." I also remember Rossi saying that Reid was a 'boy-scout smackhead.'
Am I making any sense at all? Any help would be appreciated.
