Of course it's Reid Centric. . .

Hey guys, I'm looking for two fics that I've read before but can't remember the names. I'm hoping someone will be able to help me out.

1. Emily is having dinner with her mom at a fancy restaurant and sees Reid with a pretty woman. The next day she teases him about his date but it turns out it was actually a head hunter trying to hire him. He then admits that he gets a lot of job offers and takes advantage when they take him out to nice places and tell him how awesome he is (not his words but same thing, yeah?). It's a one shot if that helps.

2. I really enjoy fics where Reid joins the BAU at different time for whatever reason. There was one that I really liked; it had everyone except for Reid. I think I remember Hotch hoping Reid would be the one thing to pull the team together because Elle and Emily along with Gideon and Rossi where always at each other throats. Last I checked it was a WIP but that was a while ago. If you know it, please send it my way.
