I saved my bookmarks but for some reason, this one got lost. anyway, it's a Morgan/Reid Fic. A one-shot. I remember when I read it (last year) the background was in grey or some shade similar to that. It has spoilers of Profiler, Profiled. Reid started talking about sex, gay sex to be exact and Morgan started asking some questions. I remember that Morgan asks Reid "so you don't just stick it in" or something along the lines like that. I tried googling that but obviously that didn't work. The fic gave a sense of Reid educating Morgan about gay sex, but not the technicalities, but the emotional side of it. Okay, i'll stop before I confuse you people further!
