The team is after an Unsub that targets gay couples that have a noticeable age difference between them, and the much older one of the couple having dark hair. So, of course, they have Hotch and Reid going under cover. The team first has to see if they can make this believable, so Hotch and Reid kiss, resulting in everyone being shocked by how believable it is and Garcia squealing with fangirl-y delight. I'm pretty sure the two go to a club where the victims were last seen before disappearing and later being found dead. I can't remember much after that.
EDIT: The one I'm looking for started out like an episode of Criminal Minds, with the Unsub attacking some poor people. Now that I think about it, the one in this fic would pick up his victims in a cab and knock them unconscious with some type of gas. Hotch and Reid fall into the Unsub's trap, but get rescued by the team in the end, before the Unsub could rape/kill them.
