I have been looking for this fic for at least a year, maybe 2, and cannot find it to save my life.
Set after Emily's fake death, JJ helps Hotch go visit her in Europe. To protect them both, he changes his appearance (I remember something about "salt and pepper" hair, and possibly a beard) and travels under a fake name/ID (I'm pretty sure his name was Charles something, but I could be wrong). He ends up finding her (I THINK she's going under the name Natalia, but again, could be remembering that wrong) and basically they spend the week together in his hotel room (pretty sure it's rated M). The first night they don't have protection. After the week is over, he goes back home and then a while later they get news that Doyle is dead and she's coming home. When he meets her at the airport, she's pregnant. And that's the end.
