In this fic, Hotch is Reid level smart, but nobody on the team knows. Hotch and Reid go on a case, and Reid confesses that he has known all along but never said anything, they have tea with Hotch's mom who is horrible, then they go to Hotch's grandmoms house and she's awsome. Hotch and Reid get together on the case.
