Reid raised by a team member

Okay, first try :)
I'm looking for a fic were Reid is by a team member (preferably Gideon or Rossi).
I've read one in which Rossi raise him, he goes to an catholic scool and finally comes to the FBI. Reid was left a Doorstep of the FBI headquaters.
I'm looking for something similar.
So, how his childhood was and what would change if he had an support network.
