The fic I'm looking for is like this:
Reid is kidnapped by a woman, who makes him amnesiac (through drugs or head injury or similar). I think her name is Maure or similar, but I'm not sure. The woman also has a cellar-slash-torture chamber where she hurts Reid. The woman has been doing this for years; once she tires of the man, she injects him with an overdose of drugs and leaves.
However because of Reid's earlier addiction, he's more resistant and wakes. He then goes to the police station, fearing he's killed his wife and asking they search his fingerprints, because he's afraid he's a wanted criminal.
Imagine their surprise when they find out it's the missing FBI agent, Spencer Reid.
Reid is not locked in the house, he just isn't allowed to leave.. he thinks it's for his own good. It's not quite Stockholm Syndrome, but near enough.
It's Hotch/Reid.

Reid: Whose am I, then? Prentiss: You're Agent Hotchner's.
Reid to Prentiss as they are about to descend into the cellar: You promised you wouldn't hurt me! (or similar)
